Today I landed on the twitch stream of an old school mate.
Totally by chance a channel I watched hosted him. At first I wasn't sure it was him but his real name is on his home page.
But what are the fucking chances. Of the tens of thousands of channels on twitch.
Like a true Bernd I didn't talk to him and left after a while.
What would you do? Lurking there would probably just make me depressed.
Feel is known.
I met an old friend in the bustle of Helsinki by chance, she singled me out of a crowd and called my name. We had not seen for 10 years, me living in Helsinki and her up north. Safe to say I was shocked, awkward and with a lousy excuse escaped the situation. She was not impressed to say the least.
I feel so ashamed of my current and past self I don’t want to meet anyone from my youth. Do you know the feel OP?
Most likely all my schools mates are upper low class people, who achieved nothing special in life, haven't become a charming person or at least gained some other kind of ordinary success. I guess I would have pretended that I'm on the same wave with them if I had met anyone. Would not call them out first if we met in one room tho.
