Don't know. A girl from Yakutsk told me that the weather in my city is unbearable.

Technically I guess it's how heat loss works, when water on your skin makes it easier to loss the heat.

Another human been confirmed that it's worse in here in -17 than in there in -40. But people still go outside to walk with children and pets. Why we even live in such conditions?

Here it sometimes gets below 0 at night, but it will always be at least 2 or 3 during the day.

Even if we get snow - we had it two times so far this winter - it will melt in the morning and your day will start with streets full of snow mud.
