1) I don't like having liberal capitalist bullshit shoved down my throat. Pulling the Kaczynski is not even an option in this game, no way to alterate your political alignment. No freedom of character building. Therefore it's not an RPG. Disco Elysium is.

2) They deserve bankruptcy for the PR campaign that marketed a linear FPS as an open-world RPG.

3) This game will go down in history as a major overhyped flop, No Man's Sky tier.

To think I was on the verge of building a high-end PC for this game. I started reading Neuromancer instead. It's not very good, but probably a lot better than Cyberpunk

I also disliked Neuromancer. I didn't like the characters and the narration felt confusing in certain places

Been a long time since I read it, but I remember liking it alot when I was 14.

I enjoyed it but found it difficult to fully visualise and immerse myself in the world/story.

No I've not read that one. To be honest I haven't delved too much into sci-fi or cyberpunk literature.
