I don't know what happened but I'm extremely motivated to exercise and eat less. (Has been like that for a month)
 
I got mad because I had an early meeting today and couldn't go to the gym in the morning and ride my bike.
I'm still fat but losing about a kilo per week

Fucked my left knee up, so running and hiking is out of the question until it gets sorted.
I can still ride my bike.

I could increasse weight at bench press after one year. Also started drinking cream to gain weight i want gain at least 10 kg over the winter.

me too, but i realized I don't hate lifting weights as much as I hate the treadmill.
 
since my gym is 20 mins away (and a lot of slopes on the way) I get there warmed up and can skip the treadmill

over where I go they make fun of obnoxious people who have some kind of experience but refuse to listen to the instructor or do grunts or shit like that. Never with newbies like me.

If you say so. I need to start exercising because my resting heart rate fluctuates between 80 and 100. It's way too high for someone in their early 30s and I need to get in shape. My doctor doesn't seem worried but still.
