What legal option do they have? They're submitting briefs that are six pages long when they should be 100s of pages. All the judges (appointed by people from Bush 1, Bush 2, Obama, and Trump) are telling the plaintiffs to fuck off or have more evidence. The lawyer in Michigan who represented Trump is absolutely going to to be sanctioned because the judge was so mad. If the fraud was rampant there would be an enormous amount of data to back that up, and so far they're saying things like:
1.) Someone heard someone say something
2.) Someone said they saw someone do something
3.) We have an excel spreadsheet of names and addresses that don't match because it's outdated.
The only SCOTUS action was Alito telling the election officials in PA to hold the ballots separately in a locked box. Which, guess what, they were already doing. It would be a surprise for any case to actually get to the Supreme Court and if it did, what would they say? Even Thomas, whose legal philosophy of having an opinion, working backwards from that opinion to search for a legal precedent, and then citing his old opinions wouldn't be able to say anything. I mean he's a terrible justice (in terms of his legal scholarship which is him just citing his old opinions) but he can't really say anything.
Was there fraud? Maybe like every election someone cast double ballots, but those are rare and get caught almost immediately. What people are tending to forget is that all mail in ballots have barcodes with your voting information (where you live, your name, your birth date, your party affiliation) so forging all that information and getting away with it is a retarded premise.
