Today I once again started depressed and sleeping until after noon after going to bed way too late. However, I managed to be as productive as I was planning to after that, so I feel like I'm on a good track again.

How late do you stay up? How much do you drink?

Didn't drink anything. (Have only had a few drinks in the last year.)

Stayed up until about 4am, slept until noon. Was done with eating, freshing up and ready to work at 2 or 3pm.
