Didn't see thread in the catalog.

Horrible anxiety all day today, with no source for it. Just being generally worried and dreading something bad will happen without good reason.

Same. I woke up feeling anxious, received an email regarding my uni, and then became even more anxious.

I need to hurry up an fixate on something so that I forget that I'm anxious.

How about you?

What was the uni mail about?

My flatmate called, apparently my old room is overrun by maggots of a beetle that eats textiles. Yup, that anxiety was just a premonition.

Oof that's bad. Good luck getting rid of them.

the email wasn't much. just me freaking out about the amount of shit I need to do to register for the next semester. I'm pretty busy, so getting even more tasks just makes me anxious.

You conscious breathing to calm down the central nervous system when there is no cause for alarm

1. My knees are fucked.
2. An autistic research paper that I wrote over months in my free time and sent out to professors wasn't even read by the biggest expert on the topic.
3. Not much else is going in my favour or the favour of the world, either.

You sound like an OCD guy, are you?
FinlandBernd2020-11-04 17:33:59 · 6yNo. 104113reply
What topic was the paper?

Hang in there Bernd.

I should, but never remember the breathing exercises when anxiety hits like a tidal wave.

np, exciting election

Not that major that it's properly diagnosed, goes under the "Anxiety disorder, otherwise specified" I've got in my papers. But OCD has been a problem all my adult life.

I'm not doxing myself. There appears to be literally nobody else on the world writing about it.

Another tinder date secured for tomorrow.

This is going to be interesting. From the pictures, she looks like she has some masculine features that are probably not a plus for everyone, but they are for me.

God fucking dammit. I got kicked out of a fucking CPR course for fainting. The dude was talking about heart attacks a bit much for my liking. Then he takes my forms and refuses to let me continue the class.
Need this shit for my job.

Lmao sissy
CaliforniaBernd2020-11-07 15:01:30 · 6yNo. 104210reply
That's unfortunate.

However, if you are going into a job that requires knowing cpr, you're going to want to address your fainting issue before moving on. Idk, try to desensitize yourself from medical crap.

I've gotten through courses before, just depends on how much they talk as opposed to the doing side of things. Normally pretty good with blood actually in front of me, it's the talk that gets me more. Gonna give it another shot in a couple weeks and if not then I'll talk to a psychologist or something. Does make it pretty awkward at Doctors visit when I've got to take a liedown.

I have almost finished filming my Daggerfall review but damn the main quest is tedious.
The whole game is tedious.
