I posted something someplace else for slightly different reasons. Maybe you can benefit anyway:
Ok, here is a little checklist for your daily life:
1) Whether you have an jobs, school or nothing: Make sure to have a reasonable daily routine. A time to wake up, 2-3 regular meals at the same time every day and a time at which you go to bed. Set alarms on your phone or whatever helps you follow the routine.
2) Eat healthy. Make sure to eat fruit, meat, get multivitamin supplements and limit your consumption of junk food, especially sugary junk food. All of these things have been shown in studies to help with depression. And they are healthy anyway.
3) Make sure to exercise and get sunshine. Going for a walk is good exercise, if you don't want/like to do anything else. Getting sunlight has been shown in studies to help with depression.
...also try other things to do with your time. The best is things than can be completed and thus provide a sense of accomplishment. Lurking kc or watching tv can't be completed. But cleaning your room can. Or paining a picture. Or bringing old clothes to the Red Cross.
