T. Cold and raining
There’s a really sad puppy at the beach and he keeps making sad puppy sounds because his masters won’t let him go on the beach :(
No that is not the reason. This is a relatively private beach, the locals know about it but they tell the tourists. It is after Labor Day so the tourists all go home and the beach returns into the hands of the fishermen and the locals. But I did expect to see more students from the local university?
