Even funnier. My grandfather likes it too. When there is not sour cream. He doesn't make sauce but eats dumplings with mayonase instead. Now that is what I call insane.

It sounds insane, but also somewhat plausible that it tastes good. I have never eaten dumplings like that, though. So I wouldn't know.

When I was nearing the end of my alcohoholism, my favorite sauce was Worcester sauce cooked with salmon.
