Should I just break up with a girl who always brings up her hard childhood whenever I try to leave her? She cries and calls me and all, I can't resist even though I'd just like to stay friends and never have to deal with "relationship" bullshit again.
The situation is worsened by the fact we study together, which was the first mistake I made.

But she's the one starting it again and again, she says that me and her mom are all she has... but then she hugs our university group mates and allows them to chat her, which is the reason I want to break up as I always wanted someone who would be 100% loyal to me and not available to anyone else. well theres always exceptions to every rule
still it doesnt really sound like the healthiest relationship tbh
any scenario where one party is trying to guilt the other into staying together usually doesnt end well
ideally, provided one isnt a sociopath, its usually preferred to "let her down softly"
but it doesnt sound like that will necessarily work in this scenario
you might just have to be a dick and tell her to fuck off and leave you alone and that you cant fucking handle it anymore
just make sure its what you actually want before doing it.
theres usually no going back from that
