can you describe it's effect?
FinlandBernd2020-09-04 07:21:13 · 6yNo. 101091reply
Remember that too much kava will ruin your liver
New ZealandBernd2020-09-04 08:04:58 · 6yNo. 101098reply
Very mild euphoria, numbed tongue, very relaxed disposition and heavy sedation, along with a headache and a fast, rebounding heartbeat after the short high is over.

Tomorrow I'm going to boil the solution down and make a very concentrated tea.

is the high actually worth suffering from headache?
also is it dry or also fresh leaves are used?
New ZealandBernd2020-09-04 09:54:14 · 6yNo. 101120reply
Not worth it based off of the sample I've bought from an Indian convenience store.
I suspect the materials are old, and perhaps adulterated with leaf matter. It's impossible to tell if its all dried root as the bag is filled with a ground up yellow powder.

Have you tried blue lotus, OP? What was it like if you have?

Lotus is one of the few entheogens I have not tried.

hey kiwibernd, since youre into muh herbs and shit, have you ever tried kratom?
me and my buddies tried making a kratom/kava mixture tea once and, lemme tell ya, we were floored as in literally.
the two herbs seem to strongly potentiate each other
not only that, but the tongue-numbing effect of kava helped considerably to mask the fuckawful taste of kratom tea alone.
insane amount of euphoria, especially given that it was just raw herbs

definitely not something for every day, as it was way too strong to not be physically/psychologically addictive imo.
but d_gdamn, definitely worth a try once in a while if youre into this kind of shit. the two complement each others effects so well
just remember, w potentiation, you definitely wanna dose both herbs lower than how much youd take either by themselves
New ZealandBernd2020-09-05 11:16:51 · 6yNo. 101259reply
Yeah bud, I used to do a fair amount of kratom in Canada. I was looking around for it in NZ, but its illegal along with salvia, though, I do imagine there is a possibility of growing both plants in the more temperate regions or in below ground greenhouses.

I was curious about staying in the NZ to study about unknown psychoactive plants, specifically the abundant succulents that are spread about the wilder regions of the country, to see if I could potentially do some scientific research with.
