Libertarian socialists are against the concept of dictatorships like the USSR or China. In fact they hate any forms of oppressive government/hierarchy.

Funny enough socialism is less hierarchy then crapitalism and then what every liberalism will grow into. Goal of socialism -> communism aims to get rid of hierarchy at all.
