Very interesting. Especially zalupa has a fitting etymology, but "little head" sounds appropriate and innocent enough for it to be a neutral term. In what way do you mean "profanity"? Is it considered disgusting or insulting or just not appropriate to use publicly? Would your gf call it zalupa when you're being intimate?
