also notifications when on first page is confusing, as also the logo changing, maybe possible to pause it?
Interface size could be reduced a bit and reply box would also be nice to have on the side so it's possible to still read the thread.
also as the finn i believe is saying the loading animation seems quite pointless, maybe try without and see?

i started doing polls for elections and they're approx 30% complete.
its default imageboard behavior but i got what you mean, ill think about solution.
its on road map to get rid of them more of less completely but its sort of huge thing to do, but it will be done and it will bring lots of benefits like, the entire board archive on client and offline mode.

this is interface related issues, im planning to make it a lot more customization, from colors to text size and etc.

it was like that before i added them because watching blank page for a second or too is confusing, this way you at least see that site is loading.
anyway about loading, it only needs to load dashboard page and then first page of the board then it almost never goes back to loading screen so why is that so much of an issue?
youtube and other modern websites have loading too, but its done in form of tiny bar at the top of page when there is something on page already, otherwise they show you placeholders of typical ui elements at first load, is that a better solution?

my biggest gripe is that i cant move the quick reply box, nor resize it horizontally
seems like it wouldnt be a huge issue but it actually makes replying/quoting the OP really hard to do, as the box ends up covering most/all of the post

This is one of the markers of a board migrating to ruin. Do not allow contemporary r9k/pol/incel hybridized lingo and memes to filter into the board and all should run smoothly.
Wordfilters would be ideal, with a bit of humour to mitigate the faggotry that migrants will arrive with.
I would also like to suggest a built in chess system and maybe some card games so I can gamble with Bernds. Maybe even a name change of Bernd to something a bit more clever.
Is there a list of supported codecs? I'm aware of the mimetype support, but it seems that AV1 WEBMs don't seem to upload. Either way, I like the parsing of files, better than users being able to arbitrarily upload files as long as the file extension is supported. Furthermore, I would like the ability to right click on drop-down menus, e.g. in the board list and the side menus. Running latest Firefox.
good idea, but i'm of the camp that such things are better implemented separately; like how RFK was affiliated but technically separate from KC. just worried about feature creep and the like when the priority IMHO should be core imageboard functionality first.

ffmpeg is used so its what it supports.

It cant be done because you need an instance of something which understands video, not sure if there is a js implementation of that, but i will look into it.

all this aside, i forgot the most important thing: thank you BO, for creating such a board from scratch. may you gain alot of experience and a wonderful community out of this.

actually thats another good idea i saw 70+ mb images on pedochan probably an archive with pedoshit.
and it is relatively easy to do to avoid such things.
