Time is not infinite, it has a beginning and an end

Actually, you can waste something infinite as long as you waste infinite amount in total so it's still wasted

It doesn't though, it's just a hypothesis.

Also the concept of finiteness (and infiniteness) relies on the concept of time itself so statements like "time is (not) finite" are meaningless.
