I am trying to lose weight too. I was eating very little the past days but yesterday I pigged out on some lasagna.
Tonight I had really bad stomach aches and still have some. ;_;
What could this be?

Are you using calories calc? If not you should, easies way to lose weight.

Same. Stress and boredom.
I thought I could keep my weight by eating "normally" for a while and then continue my diet at a later date. Before I knew it I gained all the weight back.
