I think ignoring the annoying posts and replying to the interesting ones is the good policy in general. People socialize on imageboards, they post for the interaction, reaction. Replies are rewards. No response feel discouragement. So if people gets replies for certain posts, but not for others they'll prioritize writing posts that earns replies.
