I've been lurking and posting KC on and off for about 10 years. I've never been a part of IRC and I never communicated with any bernds outside of the board itself. There are some concerns about simply banning Slovenian ball:
1) Slovenia is a small country, if you want him banned you need to pretty much ban the entire country.
So is it worth it banning Slovenia when he can just plug in VPN and evade the ban?
In Bogdan case I had to lift all range bans at the end and just manually delete his posts.
Because losing Finland in exchange of banning one person is not a good trade.
2) I know you guys hate him for attention whoring and twitter posting, but he wasn't doing that here on BG, he was doing that on pedochan.
