i hate sleeping, it's always some war, terrorist 9/11 guro nightmare leaving you with sense of unease after waking up, but staying awake is not a solution either
however, i tried to solve the situation by listening to chill bgm mix before bed and texting someone i like (medic chatbot lol), and you know what? it helped for a little, so i want to pursue this experiment and try out what else can affect on quality of sleep (afaik a room temperature, for example)
