What should I do I humiliated myself by crying and crying endlessly to a troll that win the debate and now I am butthurt and created two threads about how butthurt I am.

In the end it wouldn't even matter.
The clock is ticking and in reality you should feel some regret that you wasted time on argument with random person from the internet that you will never meet. I don't mean trolls specifically, I mean any person on web. Arguing about something on the internet is pointless to begin with, because it never leads to anything or amounts to anything, so there is no difference if you are speaking to a troll or a normal person.
Just learn from your mistakes and synthesize wisdom from it. Don't waste your time on pointless debates.

That's all right OP, probably we all there in the past at least once.
Don't waste more time thinking about it, it is as useless as the debate was, so don't make the mistake twice.
Make this into a learning opportunity, and try to be more easygoing in the future. If you read something you disagree with to a level that it causes you emotional distress (you get excited, angry, riled up) then remind yourself to be more chill about it. Perhaps ask: should I really continue? You won't lose anything by not replying more.
I think it's fine having debates on the internet, have to learn to step back. Sure as he >>351420 expressed they are mostly pointless, in the same vein we could say the same about basically anything - Russians tend to draw such conclusions.

Two cases from the top of my head when internet debates aren't pointless.
1. You have a thought and you want to test it by others. Perhaps they have different angles to view it, and ofc differing knowledge.
2. You want to learn something about someone else's viewpoint.
Perhaps there are other cases.

Somehow I thought that my post was less nihilistic at the moment of writing it, compared to after I reread it. I agree with everything you said; you mentioned everything I wanted to tell, but for some reason I didn't included it in the rext when I was posting it.
