DuckDuckGo: Best for untracked searching
Startpage: Best for unprofiled browsing
MyAllSearch: Clean interface and an emphasis on user privacy.
Qwant: GDPR-protected searching
Startpage: Combines the top results of multiple engines, primarily Gigablast and Yandex.

There's searx, but I've found each instance differs some can't know which will provide good results.
There is SwissCows and MetaGer, I found these in a thread very similar to this on endchan/tech.
