today i meditated a lot, currently in mood to bless everyone and apologize for all the pain i caused to people, bless you all, stay safe, i wish you to make all your dreams come true and have everything manifested as you want, i believe in you all

I tried meditating, but it turns out I already never really think about anything and always live "here and now", especially while on the bicycle and when working out, so I didn't get anything from it.
 
Perhaps I did it wrong?

letting your mind soak in silence is one of a points of meditation, it makes you feel calm and grounded, feeling head empty from overwhelming thoughts and keeping her focus on breath is a key point to cleanse your mind and soul, raising your vibrations to higher ones, so you're on the right way :)
 
do you feel yourself calm after mediation? i currently try to reach this "here and now" lifestyle, because my anxious ass tries to thinks the worst thing that can happen in the near future lol
