So I think it‘s important to believe in something bigger like Jachwe or so on, cuz it can be good for the mental health and the happiness. One of the cores of happiness is gratitude and what is an agnostic or atheist grateful about? To whom is he/she grateful?

There is no contradiction between the two. Science asks about the how, but religion asks about the whom. The scientists bringing men on the moon were mostly religious too, the Terrorists on 9/11 were‘nt scientists. There‘s the difference.
