I only checked this specific box and the model for Marius Leitdorf, which seems to go for similar prices.

Bought mostly chaos heroes, champions and wizards and some familiars. I think old chaos knights as well.

Third edition was a bit cartoony.

Warhammer Fantasy has been killed and replaced by Age of Sigmar, which has a very different feel. They have some old models still around and make new ones. I have three of these new Stormcast Eternals here and while they are kinda soulless fantasy space marines, they look kinda cool and I can tell sculpting and production quality have improved a lot. Probably not to justify the higher prices but whatever.

 

Apparently they're going to re-do Warhammer Fantasy as "Warhammer: The Old World", maybe next year. Not much is known yet.

 

I'm a bit bummed that they work on all kinds of skirmish games, Blood Bowl, Necromunda, Warcry, etc., but not re-release Mordheim.
