Thinking about making an Yggdrasil inlay at the 12th fret of my guitar.

I like the idea of a world tree but I know absolutely nothing else about the nordic myths and I don't really care either.

There isn't much to know about Yggdrasill tbh. A couple of things and beings are located on, in or near it and Odin hanged himself there once. The tree itself is just a cool and large tree.

Nice, so I can design it freely in a way I like without Varg and other nordics cringing at my guitar neck?

what is a Yggdrasill?
GermanyBernd2021-12-24 08:40:51 · 5yNo. 130526reply
It's the name of the world tree in the nordic myths. As long as it lives, the worlds continue to exist. And once it withers, the world will perish.

Source for that? I thought Naglfar being finished would trigger Ragnarök.

Is there such a word as "Americanophobia" in English? The sentiment is certainly there but is there the word?
