Set alarm for 7:30, woke up around 9:00.

Cooled hurt arm a bit, continued to lie in bed.

Fire alarm started beeping again. Decided to open windows and mute it. Nothing is burning. Fire alarm service helper will come saturday to fix it. I think the batteries are dying.

Listened to history podcast about Ashoka and made porridge with turmeric, honey, banana and walnuts.

Friend who I've been meaning to see postponed day when we could meet again.

 

Later today I'll go to a therapist for the first time.

 

I'll see what else I can do today to be productive.

 

I'm also trying to do nofap because I feel a chance of getting laid with a real life irl girl(female) tomorrow.
