On their place I'd calm down and play concerts with old hits only to buy second plane for my kids.

boring boomer music
RussiaBernd2021-09-06 20:03:20 · 5yNo. 122265reply
Very predictable, boring. They always followed that one very very specific type of music that was popular at the time and never changed.

I didn't know they were still alive. Sounds breddy gud.

Meeting with their buddies in studio and making an album might be an enjoyable time for them. Why not publish the product?
RussiaBernd2021-09-06 20:43:39 · 5yNo. 122273reply
I can be months of work to record an album.
GermanyBernd2021-09-06 20:52:26 · 5yNo. 122275reply

New ZealandBernd2021-09-06 22:39:53 · 5yNo. 122280reply

SloveniaBernd2021-09-07 10:15:37 · 5yNo. 122298reply
enjoyable stuff, not particularly memorable tho
still need to listen to the rest of the album (damn, over 80 mins?), only heard this track and that pre-released single (writing on the wall) so far
I think I'm gonna give it a 3.8/5

in other news, peste noire also has new album out

this. you're too consumer culture oriented if you fail to understand this
the spirit of rock is very much participatory culture oriented – artists perform their own songs rather than regurgitate standards (like was the norm in the 50s and earlier), bands when touring have local acts as openers (again encouraging participation) – some of them just happen to actually become popular, but that's a side effect of being the best.
there is no shame in just getting together and making something – you're contributing, you're part of the participatory culture of rock music
