Lost 15kg in the last 12 months.
Once I am at 68kg I probably lost all my remaining annoying bellyfat and I will start doing sport and eating a lot again.
 
What is Bernd trying to achieve right now in terms of his weight?

I have BMI 30 weighing 90kg, I should be about 70 ideally
 
I walk 10k steps a day and stopped eating bread
 
Also tried waterfasting a couple times, twodays at a time but there is contradictory infa out there as to whether or not it actually helps with weight loss

BMI is about 23. I do have a small belly tho. I work out so not sure if eating less is worth it or not.

I don't eat bread at all really except baguette for special occasions maybe once a month. I am not sure how normies eat so much of it tbh. Isn't it very calorie dense? Bread is like candy in my case altho I don't care about keto and eat müsli and rice and potatos.

10 kg of muscles will make you look like a literal monster from outta space. It's not "muscle mass", it's fat. You are getting fatter.
