Stop terrorising your family.
Stop crying about "niggers" on the internet.
Stop taking cookies from your mom.
Add physical activity and exercise to your weekly and daily routines.
Learn about cooking and nutrition, keep track of your caloric intake and develop a habit of eating defined, healthy meals that provide you with enough protein and micronutrients, but keep you in a caloric deficit.
Also learn to think for yourself. This is something you know already if you weren't raised in a forest and you can find information about this easily online. If you are not capable of researching this yourself, I suggest either going back to school or getting some kind of support from professional caretakers or friends with better mental capacities.
