It's ordinary. HR usually flirt with everybody to settle their asses as soon as possible.

23yo HR flirted with me, too, constantly asking to go to smoke together and once she gave me an apple.

 

once she had a meltdown because of other rude colleague, who overused the word "хуйня" (read: crap) when critiquing her work,

and i calmed her down saying that the dude is just sweary and sucks at explaining things and didn't actually intended to harm you and isn't the worst human to work alongside with and bla bla bla just ask him to be more polite

but apparently that worked, and i think this is the reason why this roastie sometimes awkwardly in open flirting with me

it's so annoying, my girl is also like that.

If I say something bad about something she did or does, she will literally cry because she doesn't understand that I'm not trying to say that SHE is bad.

 

At least she never even said something bad to me or what I do, so no double standarts here - but the average female can always criticise you but when she gets criticised the world ends.
