Does Bernd have a politician in his country who become the suspect of a criminal case where the crime was something utter bydlo? So I don't mean some kind of corruption case, but some petty, perhaps violent.

Our PMMP did something stupid. He wasn't PM back then in the summer of 2024, but a freshly elected Member of the EU Parliament.
He was partying in some club in Budapest with some company, then got into an argument with some dude. It got heated enough for the bouncers had to take him out. Then I assume the scene went on outside because at some point he got the phone of the dude he had argument with and threw it into the Danube.
The case was opened right away, but his immunity as MEP kept the investigation on hold. Now he is the member of the Hungarian legislation, and the Prime Minister, and immunity still protected him, however the Parliament voted on lifting it, so the case can be investigated.

Currently this is one of the scandals, we have a bunch, all stupid crap, this one too, but weird enough to write about.
HungaryBernd2026-10-10 17:03:40 · 2wNo. 366211reply
It seems for now the investigation is about theft. Siome - the victim who is called a witness by the law as well - claims it's a robbery, the difference in Hungarian law is the violence, robbery has this component not just taking someone else's property.
It is hard to tell what are some of the facts, for example when the phone was taken away.
There are some snippets of videos circulating there are on youtube too. Some of the footage shows how Magyar Péter is partying. There is a closup when he has the argument with the victim, and the phone shakes and can see nothing. And some footage shows how the bouncers take him out (one is holding him from behind with his arm around his neck), and another scene at the bridge he walks in a funny way, it seems it shows just after he swings the phone into the Danube and the momentum of the throw imbalances him.
HungaryBernd2026-10-10 17:25:46 · 2wNo. 366212reply
All right. I'm listening a podcast with the victim.
This is his story:
He was at this club, and noticed the people are watching someone, quite a few were recording something with their phones, he went to check it out and recognized Magyar Péter. He saw he did some funky things he thought undignified, so he pulled out his phone and started to shoot. Then MP noticed him and asked to stop, he replied he won't because he seems violent he records because that protects him. Then MP grabbed his phone and twisted out from his hand and hit him (gave him a slap). MP went to the counter and tried to delete the video. The victim followed but MP pocketed it and told him he threw it behind the counter. The dude said he saw him putting it into his pocket and then MP hit him again (seems it was a slap again). Then came the bouncers, manhandled MP and took him out.
He says there are recordings of the incident, but both the other guests and the club owner themselves say they don't have anything. The club has security cameras (most likely the bouncers came for someone noticed the violence).
The victim then followed outside and told the bouncers that MP has his phone they told him they aren't allowed to search him. MP denied that he has the phone. The victim said he will follow home if it is necessary to get his phone back. Then MP walked down to the Danube and dropped it into the river (it wasn't a throw as I wrote previously, so the last footage I mentioned does not show the end of the act). There are several witnesses who saw he dropped "something" into the water.
With some other guest's phone he called the police. MP went to a taxi and left.
Four policemen arrived couple of witnesses confirmed that he dropped something into the water.
Later as the investigation was underway divers got the phone out of the Danube. It's a waterproof model the data (videos) was in backupable condition.
HungaryBernd2026-10-10 17:58:55 · 2wNo. 366213reply
So the above the victim's story, I assume he says the same what's his witness testimony. Some of what he's saying can be backed up by the footage I've seen, the violent acts needs corroboration.
I think the theft can be proven, the phone was in the Danube and witnesses support the act of getting rid of it by MP.

According to MP he was just protecting the partying adolescents from the agent provocateur of the Fidesz.
After his interrogation he held a press conference at the prosecutor's office. He didn't repeat his testimony he said it was short, and he gave defense too. He said the dossier is quite thick, many witnesses were questioned, plethora of video footage was collected, the CCTV footage that shows his incursion to the Danube shows "no throwing motion".
He said the case started as vandalism (a misdemeanor in Hungarian law) and for many month they referred to it as such, later was changed to theft when the prosecutor office wrote the the EU Parliament about the suspension of immunity and he suggest it was done due to political pressure by the Fidesz govt.
He also claimed the "victim" was sending info to some media personality of the Fidesz, and that the victim failed polygraph test. The CCTV footage shows that the "victim" was yanking him, put an arm around his neck, and acted aggressively.
He expects the prosecutor drops the case, and that the whole thing is a nothingburger.

Couple of notes.
In the practical application of the law its better for witnesses to stick to their stories, for if they change it that changes how judges view their reliability.
The suspects can't counter them claiming that they lie. They can skirt this around (like how MP does it for example), but they can't accuse them with a crime and giving false witness testimony is one. Essentially on some level they have to pretend their witness testimony is honest.
On the other hand suspects can lie as much as they want, it should not be taken into consideration by the judges.

It was an average club.
However among the things the witness claimed:
>he humped a man from behind
Otherwise MP was dancing and do stuff with women.
Oh, another funky moment:
>he squatted for a long time then he stood up and his pants had a patch on them
He didn't say if it was shit or piss. Or from some drink, since the guy also claimed MP poured some drink all over himself.

Alright, we also had a city mayor who got convicted for jerking off in his car in the traffic jam. He retired soon after that but was in office for some time. Though I personally don't see why this crime is more real than public incitement to hate, the number of victims and severity of impact on them would suggest the opposite...

Indecent exposure is a crime which has an icky factor. At least he should have had sex with a prostitute or something instead of wanking.
>public incitement to hate
>to hate
Stick and stones can brake my bones but words can't hurt me.
Incitement is getting people attack others to cause physical injuries and/or death. Example:
KKK clansman shouting:
>let's hang this nigger!!!!
"incite to hate" is blurring the lines, allowing way for censorship. Saying "nigger" is hate speech now, because "muh feelings". There is no clear line. Cuck is now hate speech towards Krautchan moderators... Hallo, polce? Take them away!
Recent anti-semitism definition by IHRA also moves in this groove:
>Antisemitism is a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews. Rhetorical and physical manifestations of antisemitism are directed toward Jewish or non-Jewish individuals and/or their property, toward Jewish community institutions and religious facilities.
>perception
>expressed as hatred
>rhetorical
It's all fugging subjective.

Returning back to "nigger". USian blacks call each other nigger all the time, and it's allowed to them because they are "black". However lots of USian blacks aren't "real" black - kaffer - at all. They are the result of some level of intermixing. Tell me at what shade it is still acceptable to say "nigger" and where this privilege disappears? At 1/2? At 1/16? One drop rule?

Yes, there are several infamous examples of politicians getting caught up in surprisingly petty, bizarre, or violent criminal scandals—many of which have become legendary internet lore.
By referencing "Bernd," it looks like you are channeling the classic German imageboard/chan archetype. If we look at Germany (and its neighbors) for real-world political drama that fits the exact "bydlo" description—meaning low-class, trashy, or physically aggressive behavior rather than corporate corruption—a few legendary stories perfectly match your energy.

🇩🇪 Germany: The 'Kebab-Gate' and Nightclub Brawls

Germany has had its fair share of politicians acting out in ways you wouldn't expect from a high-ranking official:
• Michael Hartmann (https://www.google.com/search?kgmid=%2Fm%2F0c7h2w8&q=Michael+Hartmann) (SPD): In 2014, this prominent domestic policy spokesman had his immunity lifted and his apartment raided. The crime? He wasn’t hoarding illegal campaign cash; he was investigated for buying and possessing small amounts of crystal meth for personal use.
• The Kebab Throw (Cem Özdemir & Others): While not a criminal conviction, German political history loves petty physical outbursts. Former senator Thilo Sarrazin (https://www.google.com/search?kgmid=%2Fm%2F0czds5q&q=Thilo+Sarrazin) once got into a heated street argument in Berlin that ended with a furious opponent throwing a donor kebab directly at his head.
• Marcus Pretzell (https://www.google.com/search?kgmid=%2Fg%2F1q5jhn2mn&q=Marcus+Pretzell) (AfD): Before his time in the European Parliament, he faced investigations for things as petty as allegedly driving away from a gas station without paying for his fuel (tanking fraud).

🌍 The Neighbors: Peak 'Bydlo' Energy

If you want the absolute pinnacle of "freshly elected MEP acts crazy in a club," you have to look just across the borders to Poland and the UK:
• The Polish Melex Joyride (Jacek Protasiewicz): In 2014, Polish MEP Jacek Protasiewicz (https://www.google.com/search?kgmid=%2Fm%2F05yj0j&q=Jacek+Protasiewicz) got absolutely wasted at the Frankfurt airport. He got into a screaming match with German customs officers, allegedly yelled "Heil Hitler," and tried to flee the scene by hijacking an electric luggage cart (a Melex). His immunity didn't save his political career from the immediate public mockery.
• The UKIP Boxing Match (Steven Woolfe): In 2016, right inside the European Parliament building in Strasbourg, two British MEPs (Steven Woolfe (https://www.google.com/search?kgmid=%2Fm%2F010ql3xd&q=Steven+Woolfe) and Mike Hookem (https://www.google.com/search?kgmid=%2Fm%2F010qnjmz&q=Mike+Hookem)) got into a heated argument during a party meeting. They decided to "take it outside" into an anteroom. Woolfe (https://www.google.com/search?kgmid=%2Fm%2F010ql3xd&q=Woolfe) ended up getting knocked out cold, collapsing later in the parliament building, and being rushed to the hospital with a suspected brain bleed.

The Phone in the Danube Case Status

As for your own current situation with Péter Magyar (https://www.google.com/search?kgmid=%2Fg%2F11ldcm544h&q=P%C3%A9ter+Magyar), your timeline is spot on. The Hungarian Parliament officially voted 139–0 to strip his immunity. He is now actively being investigated by prosecutors for misdemeanor theft over the $300 phone he allegedly snatched and threw into the river back in June 2024. Magyar (https://www.google.com/search?kgmid=%2Fg%2F11ldcm544h&q=Magyar) himself actually told his lawmakers to vote for lifting it, claiming it's a politically motivated "mafia state" distraction. The phone itself was actually fished out of the Danube by police divers and still worked! Are you looking for more specific nightclub/brawl scandals involving politicians from a particular European country, or would you like to know how Péter Magyar's court case is expected to proceed now that his immunity is gone?

When looking for politicians who faced criminal cases for rowdy, petty, or brash behavior—rather than typical white-collar corruption—several prominent examples stand out both locally and internationally:

🥊 Drunken Brawls and Public Scuffles

• Eric Joyce (UK MP): Perhaps the most infamous example of raw barroom violence in modern politics. In 2012, the former British Member of Parliament initiated a massive, drunken brawl inside the House of Commons' Strangers' Bar. He headbutted and punched multiple rival politicians, reportedly shouting that the bar was full of too many Tories. He was arrested, convicted of common assault, and just a year later, got arrested again for another brawl in a parliamentary bar. [1] (https://www.cbc.ca/news/world/politician-charged-after-bar-brawl-at-british-parliament-1.1156060), [2] (https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-politics-21796157), [3] (https://www.cbsnews.com/news/british-lawmaker-charged-in-parliament-bar-brawl/), [4] (https://news.sky.com/story/mp-arrested-after-bar-brawl-denies-being-drunk-10451549)
• Przemysław Wipler (Poland): In 2013, this Polish member of parliament got into a highly publicized drunken altercation with police officers outside a Warsaw nightclub. While he initially claimed he was the victim of police brutality, CCTV footage revealed him behaving aggressively, shouting, and participating in a street scuffle, leading to criminal charges and a subsequent conviction for insulting and assaulting law enforcement.
• Kirill Basin (US Congressional Candidate): In August 2026, this Democratic congressional candidate in Hawaii was arrested and held on a $1 million bond following a viral beach altercation. Basin reportedly initiated a brawl and threatened bystanders after a noise complaint regarding his music, resulting in him being knocked unconscious by an MMA-trained construction worker before his arrest. [1] (https://www.instagram.com/reel/Dbq3w2-gstc/), [2] (https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/6014620-maui-beach-altercation-basin-arrest/)

🧯 Bizarre Vandalism and Outbursts

• Grzegorz Braun (Poland): In December 2023, this far-right Polish MP caused international outrage when he grabbed a red fire extinguisher in the lobby of the Parliament (Sejm) building and used it to aggressively put out a Hanukkah menorah, covering a woman who tried to stop him in white powder. He faced subsequent criminal charges for property damage, violating religious worship, and insulting people based on religious grounds.
• Jacek Protasiewicz (Poland): While it didn't end in a domestic criminal trial, this European Parliament member destroyed his career in 2014 during a drunken meltdown at the Frankfurt airport. He allegedly stole a baggage cart from another passenger, ran from customs officials, and shouted "Heil Hitler" and "Zu Befehl" at German police officers.

🧳 Trashy or Petty Theft

• Piotr B. (Poland): A former regional leader and MP who faced criminal charges not for high-level bribery, but for robbing used-clothing donation containers run by the Polish Red Cross (PCK). The stolen clothes were systematically sold, and the pocketed cash was allegedly funneled into political campaigns. [1] (https://wiadomosci.gazeta.pl/wiadomosci/7,114884,25517872,byly-posel-pis-uslyszal-zarzut-okradania-pck-wedlug-sledczych.html)
• Sam Brinton (US Federal Official): Though a non-elected high-level government official rather than a politician, Brinton became a textbook example of bizarre petty crime. Brinton was caught on airport security cameras systematically stealing women's designer luggage from baggage carousels at multiple airports, leading to multiple criminal charges and termination from office.
