Tech is overrated. As the Ukraine war shows, cheap and simple (like Cold War era) weapons win conventional wars which can be produced in high volume (think of traditional artillery and the FABs). You can't "win" against China, because to "win" you would need to conduct the landing operation and occupy Chinese territory - and for that you need like 20 million army, and even that wouldn't be enough. You can't capture Beijing, and even by some miracle if you could - Chinese would just retreat some in the mountains and desert and continue fighting endless billion population guirilla war with high tech to the point anyone would give up.
