I was autobanned for "abuse" back in December, so until my ISP assigns me a different IP address I need to switch to a mobile network if I want to post and I'm nothing if not lazy

Don't you have dynamic IP? Then you can just restart your router and you'll get a new one.

it's supposed to be dynamic, but restarting the router does nothing; maybe I should try turning it off for a longer period of time

Something like 10 minutes should enough in theory

why don't you just make a thread asking for appeal on https://bernd.group/ban if it was accidental

I tried, it wasn't; I turned it off for the night and got a new IP, so it should be fine now unless I'm range banned
