Today I learned that:

 

glass shower doors can explode while showering (I learned from experience)

At approximately what temperature are you showering? Are you ok?

I got a few cuts in my hands and feet and probably swallowed a tiny piece of glass.

 

I don't think the water was that hot as I wasn't reeling in pain from the heat and I was only in there for like 5 minutes.

Was it very cold before the hot water?

If you did actually swallow ans shard of glass please pray to Dog. That stuff is dangerous. Please take care Bernd.
