i work as a courier on car and every day my boss gives me 5$ for gas but i need to give back check from gas station. The problem is i spend less than 5$ worth of gas and i just dont know what to do with it, i just cant give away free money. At first i tried to steal checks from self-service gasprom stations, usually they have like a lot of checks in special basket, but i need exactly 500 rubels checks so even if i steal whole check basket (which happened two days ago) theres small chance i find 500 rubels check. Also these stations equipped with surveillance and what i do is literally a fraud. Yesterday i ordered 20l aluminium canister but 20 literes is just two days of driving. My dad also barely drives his niva. What can i do with a lot of benzine?

Truckers sell each other unused petrol all the time. Stay on a roadside somewhere outside a city and make the "thumbs down" out the window. They will need a lot though, probably not less than 100 liters at once.

No. You are supposed to use the money he gives you for the gas you need driving as ans courier. He expects to give you too much and return the rest that is why he wants the check from the gas station.
When you continuously use up the exact amount of gas money that he gives you it is very suspicious that you do some shenanigans to not give him any money back. As you obviously do. This makes it obvious to your boss that you are betraying him and he might react to this knowledge in some way or maybe he expects this as typical russian behavior.

what gas truckers use? i buy 92. I know few truck stops maybe i can find somebody there to sell my gas but they dont really have a reason to buy my gas, they buy their gas not from own pocket. Taxiggers drive on natural gas so they dont need it either.

You could get your own receipt printer for ~30$ and forge the receipts yourself. Should be way less hassle and more profits than reselling gas.
