One solution for the pensioner problem I came up with is to pump them up with steroids and replace bad joints with titan ones so at least we could still use them with their vegetable brains to do manual labor jobs until their hearts give out. But we can't replace spines yet, so we can't use those with a bad back so maybe we would have to put them on painkillers, too.

One of the main problems of medicine is that we are able to prolong the lives of old people without being able to revert the effect of aging. Look at these politicians. While being millionaires and living in a paradise of pharmaceuticals there is nothing they can do to revert the degenerative effects of aging.
Every year that medicine manages to prolong the lives of humans is basically another year for old farts to sit in chair looking out of the window with demented brains. At the same time young humans have to spend more time of their worthwhile lives to create the wealth that is redistributed to those vegetables.

anyway technically physics doesn't prevent people from slowing down aging because as for as i know aging is some sort of built-in mechanism(not entirely).

I think aging is something that happens on a cellular level in each cell and is programmed into our dna. I doubt it will be possible to just use one drug to stop aging altogether because it is more complex than that and has to reach everywhere.
It might be possible to clone some human being that does not age but you won't be able to somehow gene therapy this into an already grown human.
