bears (besides dogs and pigs) are true omnivores. they have the organs to digest almost anything in contrast to man who is only an omnivore in spirit (meaning man believes he can digest anything and chooses to ignore signs that would point to the contrary unless they grow to be immediately life threatening)

yeah bears are not subject to advertisement or (human) cultural pressures. there is no sinful bear government coming up with ways to stimulate growth in specific areas of the bearconomy. they don't carry the burden of a currency and just get to choose based on what is available to them.
it may be as simple as not wanting to eat cooked food. man is the only animal who cooks food afaik. whenever i only eat raw fruits and vegetables for a while, i feel so much better. just regular human food like bread, burgers and pasta make people sick, they just don't mind it. they get sick a few times a year and get sinus infection and cancers and all this shit and the medical system benefits from it, so they are in no hurry to let the people know the effects of industrial food.
when children start to eat industrial food they get sick all the time and the parents think this is just part of being a human because most of them are but puppets on a string.
maybe the bear is smart and knows all this.
i'd eat like that. i don't like the taste of goji berries and i know too much about fruit to improperly combine it like that but i approve this meal generally. today i made fully raw vegan coleslaw and put it in glasses in the fridge, that will be my food for the next few days. ingredients:
salad:
one weißkohl
2 cucumbers
5 small mild onions (which was too much)
half a small bag of dried olives
sauce:
500g cherry tomatos
3 red bell peppers
4 cloves of garlic
3/4 cup of tahini
curry powder, paprika powder, oregano, salt, chunky chaat (indian type of curry powder), salt, honey
sunday i'll be making banana and berry ice cream, put it in glasses, freeze it and munch on it all day.

Well thats simple fruits and veggies usually digest very fast. Unlike complex carbs and protein.
You will also feel great if you just balance your food intake. i.e. eat easily digestable food in the morning, dont eat raw sugar and fat(except in the morning), eat complex carbs pre workout, eat fast carbs after workout and have a balanced dinner after.
