Starting to cut off or reshape parts of the human body is just asking for medical complications.

I have little trust in modern medicine. When I go to the doctor and I haven't something that can't be treated with antibiotics or sewn shut ans doctor will usually tell you to just go home and wait and hope that it heals by itself.

 

People are born with a certain body and it is a good thing to learn to accept it and coexist with it. Having the compulsion to drastically change this with surgery is never a healthy state of mind.

I see little difference between madonna who apparently does not feel like to be in the body of an old lady and pumps her face full with fillers and someone who wants to cut off his peepee because he does not identify with it. I would'nt endorse either of these.
