there isn't a single people nor group of people who didn't do what the whites are accused of, whites only did it more successfully. whites never 'pit brother against brother,' only took advantage of conflicts between peoples who appeared more similar to each other in the eyes of whites, relative to other whites, who thereby appeared more as a common civilisation or race. this is called an invention, but strikes me more as an emergent consciousness.
