What should I do if I am getting harassed by a neighbor pointing a laser into my windows? How can I show law enforcement where it's coming from and do something about it? I suspect it to be a high powered UV laser or whatever. It's probably not the kind that my teacher used to point to something on the wall while using his overhead projector. I don't see a dot. But I am also not a laser expert or whatever... What am I supposed to do? It's hardly noticeable, but when I sit here (when it's day) I often get the feeling there's some kind of vague beam crossing my peripheral vision. Help (please spare me the schizo talk, it is not that. Rather show me a way to prove or disprove my feeling)
I was there in September. He didn't see any laser damage. But, due to recent circumstances I am thinking the person might have upgraded their stuff. My right eye hurts at the end of the day (the one taking all the sideways hits during the day) and having a look with it at the Amsler grid is making me confused and anxious because it's kinda weird, but not totally bad and alarming

I am hearing a swarm of bees sound almost the whole day, some times it disappears for a few minutes.
How likely is it that someone has a rather high end consumer drone that can stay (rather statically, not moving much) in air for maybe 45 minutes tops. Let it land, put in a pre-charged battery, get the used one out fly back to observation point while charging the empty battery? How many batteries would you need to do this to have it in air constantly apart from the few battery changing boxtops? Is this even realistically?
