Additional information:
- Sometiems I eat a lot of mushies
- i'm skeptical of grains, so I avoid bread, bread often has soy in it and sugar
- I don't eat a lot of carrots, cause I don't want to become orange
- 500g of broccoli is just half the daily recommended dose of vitamin E, I would like to eat 1kg a day, but oh well. I will supplement with peanuts maybe
- I need more variety, but sometiems I eat with my family
