Unasur is a piece of shit, and right now leftist goverments of my country, Mexico, Venezuela and Argentina suck. This hyphotetical alliance would be under other governments, clearly. But that axis Mexico City-Caracas-Lima-Brasilia-Buenos Aires is necessary in order to protect Peruvian interests.
