If I had like a billion dollars, that would be the spot I'd errect an oil drilling platform that would serve as front for a self-sustaining human cattle farm that only I can ever enter or exit.
Check out Pitcairn island, they are in dire need for new inhabitants, a ship arrives only once a month and 30k€ buys you your right to stay and a plot of land to build on.
uh actually i've looked this island up a few years ago, you need to collect rain for drinking water there. i'd probably start by creating an artificial lake for drinking water and then die because of bacteria.
