For what reason is the human body unable to produce vital vitamins needed to function such as C-vitamin and is reliant on getting them from external sources? Many other animals are able to produce the same vitamin by themselves, why is the human lacking it?
PolandBernd2022-03-01 00:36:31 · 4yNo. 139452reply
Because our ancestors were good enough at getting it from external sources so they didn't die and their genes could live on

Because our ancestors were too good at eating fruit.

because the less complex biochemical reactions the cell produce - the more energoeffective it is. So ive been told at medical university

Yep, not only 1) do the processes compete for energy in the cell with each other, 2) it's also possible that their intermediate products might disrupt each other or that they would compete for the same intermediates

Still sounds like a risk relying on external sources. But maybe back then it was easily found everywhere.

What about climates with no fruits?

Fascinating, this makes a lot of sense, quite insightful. One always learns something new. Thank you for posting!

Jews wanted to sell you c-vitamin pill so they disabled your genes.
