Does anybody here know about physics?

Let's say you put an electricity generator into such exercise bikes. When you exercise, you produce electricity with it. How much electricity could you realistically produce in 15-60 minutes? Would it be worth it to have something like this in your home and power the stove for cooking dinner?

...or is it like only enough electricity to power a single lightbulb while you're using it?

Yes, its not worth it, if you want save money.

This shows you how amazingly efficient bicycles are. With the power of 1-2 light bulbs you can move 100kg around at pretty high speeds.

Or maybe it shows how terribly inefficient old-school, non-led lightbulbs are.

I love my bike.

You can make 150-300 watts from this device. So if you need to boil an electric kettle you must pedal this thing for about a hour.

That doesn't seem like much electricity tbh.

Well it depends on how much energy you put in to the generator bike, but it’s not gonna give that much power, but you’ll certainly gain something out from this, such as losing weight
