I have a dinner date this evening, which prevents me from doing my autistic 90 minute routine. But instead of doing nothing because of this scheduling conflict I decided to limit myself to 60 minutes max and do what I can within this restricted timeframe. I have done 3 sets of 4 different exercises and a warm up and am now drinking a small protein shake pretty happy with myself. Perfectionism is preventing so many people from achieving things. I need to overcome it.
