I'm trying to improve myself and my life.

One thing I've struggled with was getting nothing done. This was probably due to a mix of depression, which takes away motivation and executive function, procrastination, fear and avoidance and a few other things.

I feel better now and finally able of doing a "productive" day where I tackle all the tasks on my to do list that I should tackle. However, after a while that feels very boring and soulless and I just want to shitpost on kc 24/7 again. A similar thing happened last time I was really "productive". I slid further and further into boredom and depression.

What can I do to prevent this? I just want to be productive AND happy.

Literally all you need is selfcontrol. That's it. So einfach ist das

I have felt the symptoms of what is described as depression very clearly. I have tried some things that are supposed to help and felt that they helped. I'm now seeing a therapist and feel like it helps me.

What has your theory done to help me? Where are the proofs for depression being a made up disease?

And just because I know that it is coming: I have not received any kind of drug or paid a single cent to pharmaceutical companies.
