Due to our time differences, I understand why it seems confusing but: it hasn't started yet. When I created that thread I was drunk and it was night, past 12 and already Friday.
I slept for maybe 1 hours, then I got up on Friday morning and we gathered our group and went shopping for food and drinks.
Now it is 3am on Saturday here, and the party will be today at 6pm. I need to get up in a few hours and then we will start cooking and preparing for the party.
So in conclusion, the party hasn't started yet. Additional information; I've been drinking again.

Good morning I hate women
It was an interesting experience to serve food for 30 people. It was actually quite fun, and when we were cooking the main dish all that was missing was Gordom Ramsay screaming there. Guests were happy. Everything went well until our group that was responsible for the event started slacking off, fully knowing that 22pm it was time to start cleaning so we could be out of there at 24:00 when it closes. In the end out of our 7 man crew, it was me + 2 others that were running like crazy doing the dishes even after I had gone over telling the others that we need to clean. Bear in mind I am supposed to be the president of the club and in general it should be me out there entertaining the guests. I am furious because if I would have done like them; just start slacking off and enjoy the alcohol like them nothing would have been done and we would have had hours of work left of dishes and cleaning when we were supposed to be out of there - luckily the person responsible for keeping it up was nice and understanding, but I feel disappointed because it was rude of us to not stay on schedule and keep them up.
After me and the others had done like 99% of the work of cleaning, I had to sit outside and cool myself - it was hot inside and I was sweaty but I had to cool my nerves too - then this girl from our crew that was slacking came of course and asked what's wrong and she then obviously took it as an insult when I honestly said what I thought about half of the crew sitting on their asses and letting a small group run twice as hard because of it, and I'm apparently an asshole and this bad leadership and bad attitude etc etc. Fucking hell.
Oh and at 22pm we had to shut down the music as planned, I shut down the computer only to later have one of our slacking crew members turning it on and trying to put the music back on. Goddamn I was pissed. Last time I'll be responsible for anything, in the future I'll sit on my ass, get drunk, take 0 responsibility, so much easier.
